What a fantastic experience! From our first meeting with James, when he gave a definitive explanation as to what was required for my roofing project, giving a formal written quote (absolutely no hidden extras), including detailed photos of the roof showing current damage etc. A particularly nice touch. Well done James - we were very impressed with your approach! Another very important point - the Fidus Group do not take any up front payment. They want the work completed and accepted by the customer first. Extremely refreshing! The work itself was carried out very quickly and efficiently. Absolutely no delays. The project was manned properly, (my wife gave estimates of 10/14 workers at any given time), and from start to finish it was completed in four/five days. A particular commendation to the Fidus workers - extremely respectful to my wife - she had nothing but praise for them. One final point - Fidus Group are also considered as General Contractors, which means that they also build homes/remodel homes/ painting and decorating etc. I have other work required on my home and will without a doubt use the Fidus Group. I cannot sing their praises highly enough.
